Have you already got a nitro powered 1/5th scale HPI and are ready to go for some
real power? Fine Design has everything you need to convert your rig
into a all out Electric Powered Screamer! With the advancements in
Electric motors and Batteries Nitro Power has become a thing of the
past. These parts fit all HPI 1/5th scale models.
Fine Designs latest and
greatest, and the price seals the deal! For many years, we have used Lehner
3060 and Neu 2215, each time improving power, speed and run time. I am happy
to report we have now gained again on run time AND power.
Fine Designs Nemesis Gold 8hp brushless motor for 1/5 and 1/4 scale cars and
trucks. At our last testing, we used the new Nemesis Gold 592 3Y, 730kv on a
box stock HPI Baja/King Motors buggy. We used 1 pack of 6S, 5000 mah, 25C.
The buggy tested at 44mph and ran 16 to 19 minutes with flip over wheelie
power to spare. Buggy tests out at 58mph on 8S, 25C.... will run 73 mph on
10S, 40-50C rated packs and an astounding 88 MPH on 12S, 50C pack!
What this means for you is a new 5B, 5T combo which consists of an assembled
motor with bell housing, clutch adaptor and all mounting brackets.... $329
If ESC is needed for this motor, add $199 for 180amp, 5-12S ESC to finish
off this combo complete at $528 for all!
This full combo Fine
Design has tested and tested again! This is faster and quicker then the
